Hi, I’m Kristin Erlec, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
(LMFT 123134) offering individual therapy for adults seeking healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, one where you are the expert of your experience, and I come alongside you as a compassionate, steady guide. My role is to hold space for your deepest pain, your biggest questions, and your most tender truths, while gently helping you explore and shift patterns that may have once served a purpose but are no longer needed.
If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply sensing it's time to explore your next chapter, I offer a safe, affirming space to do just that. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your inherent wisdom and wholeness. I welcome all parts of you, just as you are in this moment, and I honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself in this way.
Nature and movement can also be powerful allies in therapy. Whether in the office or outdoors, I offer sessions that integrate the healing capacity of the natural world when desired, helping you reconnect not only with yourself but also with something greater.
I am especially attuned to those seeking a therapist who can walk with them through grief, life transitions, identity shifts, emotional pain, and the quiet longing for a more authentic life. Together, we will make room for your "yeah, but..." while also opening the door to gentle curiosity and possibility: "what about...?" and "what if...?"
Your healing is not about fixing what is broken. It's about remembering and reclaiming the wholeness that has always been within you. I’m here to support that journey with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your process.
